Canada Airsoft Laws
The minimum age to buy an airsoft gun is 18 years old however children under 18 may use and airsoft gun but must be supervised by a person over 18 in Ontario. The other states are unknown. Closely resembling airsoft guns are classified as replica firearms and the government only allows companies with a Business Firearms License to import them.
If an airsoft gun is used in a crime, there are no legal difference between it and a real firearm.
Any airsoft guns that projects airsoft pellets above 500fts are considered as controlled firearms and must be registered.
