Airsoft gun games are physically challenging. To maintain a consistent and high energy level, start the day before you plan to play airsoft gun games. The most important factor will be adequate hydration. Drink plenty of water and drinks. Have a plenty of water available on the field. Room temperature water is more efficiently used than ice cold water. Have high protein, high carbohydrate, easy to eat snacks for breaks between games. Maintaining strength and mental alertness will provide the extra edge needed to your personal best during airsoft gun game play.
